The permanent and cumulative exposure to adverse global situations is decompensating people with mental illness, but it also warns us that anyone can become depressed, addicted, a drinker, anguished, with cognitive impairment or with the intention of dying. Given this concern, the Generalitat Valenciana and the University of Valencia reach a collaboration agreement for the preparation of the Action Plan on Mental Health, Drug Addiction and Addictive Behaviours of the Valencian Community (2023-2026) through a deliberative and participatory process in which citizens have a leading role.
