What benefits can university libraries holding special collections bring to society and how can they contribute to the strategic objectives of the universities they belong to? From April 2020 to July 2021, a working group established inside the Historical Library of the Universitat de València studied the perceptions and the expectations of the users towards the Library, especially about the dialogue with the Valencian culture, and contributed to the planning of the collective reading about the work of Isabel de Villena (11.20.2020).
