This guide has been prepared in order to be used as an educational resource, to increase the knowledge and awareness of the teaching community in the Valencian Community about educational inclusion. It includes the most current legislative aspects regarding students with NEAE and NEE; that are reflected in the Valencian Inclusion Degree 104/2018. As it is aimed at the classroom tutors of educational centers in the Valencian Community, special emphasis is placed on the operation of the CyL Classrooms and the characteristics of its students. For this reason, in the last section, educational guidelines are offered to continue with students with ASD both within the inclusive classroom and in the rest of the educational center.
