Los juristas españoles se formaron en el derecho romano y canónico en los siglos XVI a XVIII. Se analiza qué estudiaban y cómo estudiaban, hasta alcanzar una cátedra, junto con los abusos de los colegiales mayores y su dominio de la burocracia real. Résumé Les Juristes espagnols ont étudié le droit romain et le droit canon du XVIe au XVIIIe siècle. On analyse ici la matière et la méthode de ces études, jusqu'au moment où l'étudiant accédant à une chaire universitaire, aussi bien que le problème des colegiales mayores et leur domination de la bureaucratie royale.Spanish law professors learned Roman and Canon law from the XVIth to the XVIIIth century. This is a study of their formation, until they obtained a chair in university. Also studied is the abusive role played by « colegiales mayores » and the domination of royal bureaucracy
