During the last decade, Latin American trade unionism has developed a process of self-reform of its
organizational structures and intervention strategies, in order to adapt to changes at work and labour
relations (globalization, precariousness, deregulation). The article gives an account of the strategic axes
and results of this program, also raising interesting reflections on the future of work, within the framework
of the debate promoted by the ILO on the occasion of its centenaryDurante la última década, el sindicalismo latinoamericano ha desarrollado
un proceso de auto-reforma de sus estructuras organizativas y estrategias
de intervención, con objeto de adaptarse a los cambios en el trabajo y las
relaciones laborales (globalización, precariedad, desregulación). El artículo
da cuenta de los ejes estratégicos y resultados de dicho programa planteando,
asimismo, interesantes reflexiones sobre el fututo del trabajo, en el marco del
debate promovido por la OIT con motivo de su centenario. |
