The purpose of this research is to study the process of Peruvian youth’s empowerment while having access to the professional career of kindergarten teachers in HIGHER EDUCATION PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTES AS A MEANS TO EMPOWER WOMEN IN THE THREE DIFFERENT PERUVIAN CONTEXTS. Specifically, to study the relationship that exists between their characteristics as entrepreneurs and other variables, such as the dispositional hope, the life satisfaction, self-concept or the persona values, in three different contexts of Peru: the highlands, the coast and the jungle areas.
The study presented a cross-sectional design, with a correlational methodology. We have applied nine questionnaires in three Higher Education Pedagogical Educations of public administration in the three Peruvian realities.

The study presented a cross-sectional design, with a correlational methodology. We have applied nine questionnaires in three Higher Education Pedagogical Educations of public administration in the three Peruvian realities.
The results in the descriptive variables object of this study show higher means in the entrepreneur attitudes, in the self-concept, the dispositional hope, the life satisfaction and the personal values, according to the scores obtained in the questionnaire. The differential analysis for each context show differences among the three contexts in the variables that have to do with entrepreneurial characteristics, concretely in proactivity and empathy, and marginally in autonomy and risk taking; in self-concept, in personal values in dispositional hope and in life satisfaction. While in the relationship stablished between the variables object of this study, our hypothesis stated and used a model of structural equations in which the dimensions of selfconcept que predicted life satisfaction were the family self-concept, directly and the academic self-concept, indirectly by way of the
dispositional hope. We also observed how the proactivity, by way of the proactivity, by way of the dispositional hope predicted in a statistically significant way the life satisfaction. As regards the values, individualism was a predictor of life satisfaction, but in a negative way. Finally, the model showed that in the highland as well as the jungle were predictors of life satisfaction when they were compared with the coast. That is, when one belongs to the context coast, the probability of having higher life satisfaction increases.
In conclusion, the related variables with entrepreneurship in the contexts of Peruvian young people that have access to higher education in Pedagogical Institutes as a means of empowering women in Peru, resulted in relevant issues for their life satisfaction, showing differences according to the contexts studied.
Key words: entrepreneurship, entrepreneur characteristics, selfconcept, dispositional hope, life satisfaction, personal values, Peru.El propósito de la presente investigación es estudiar el proceso de empoderamiento en las jóvenes peruanas que acceden a la carrera de educación inicial a INSTITUTOS DE EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR PEDAGÓGICO COMO MEDIO DE EMPODERAMIENTO EN MUJERES DE LOS TRES CONTEXTOS DE PERÚ, en concreto, estudiar la relación entre sus características emprendedoras y otras variables, como la esperanza disposicional, la satisfacción con la vida, el autoconcepto o los valores personales, en tres diferentes contextos del Peú: sierra, costa y selva.
Para ello, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio con diseño transversal y metodología correlacional. Se aplicaron 9 cuestionarios en Institutos de Educación Superior Pedagógico de de los tres contextos peruanos.
Los resultados en los descriptivos de las variables del objeto de estudio apuntan medias altas en las actitudes emprendedoras, el autoconcepto, la esperanza disposicional, la satisfacción con la vida y los valores personales, de acuerdo a las puntuaciones del cuestionario. Los análisis diferenciales por contexto, apuntaron diferencias entre los tres contextos en las variables de las características emprendedoras, en concreto en proactividad y empatía, y marginalmente en autonomía y toma de riesgo; en autoconcepto, en valores personales, en esperanza disposicional y en satisfacción con la vida. En cuanto a las relaciones entre las variables objeto de estudio, se hipotetizó y puso a prueba un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales, en el que las dimensiones del autoconcepto que predijeron la satisfacción con la vida fueron el autoconcepto familiar, de forma directa, y el autoconcepto académico, de forma indirecta a través de la esperanza disposicional. También se observó cómo la proactividad, a través de la esperanza disposicional, predijo de forma estadísticamente significativa la satisfacción con la vida. En cuanto a los valores, el individualismo fue un predictor de la satisfacción con la vida, pero negativo. Finalmente, el modelo mostró que tanto sierra como selva eran predictores de la satisfacción con la vida cuando se comparaban con costa. Es decir, pertenecer al contexto costa aumentaba la probabilidad de tener mayor satisfacción con la vida.
De esta forma, las variables relacionadas con el emprendimiento en el contexto de las jóvenes peruanas que acceden a la carrera de educación inicial a institutos de educación superior pedagógico como medio de empoderamiento en mujeres del Perú, resultaron ser también relevantes para su satisfacción con la vida, mostrando particularidades en función del contexto bajo estudio.
