Our discussion will focus on how the history of science can give science teachers some insight about students' alternative ideas, and provides some teaching materials and approaches which can be used in classroom in order to change students' ideas. Besides, we analyze the differences between the pro gression of scientific understanding in the pupil and the progression of scientific understanding in the history of science. | |
